Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 23, 2026

Welcome to the Cody's Garage website. By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to use of the website and do not replace the terms of any separate written estimate, repair authorization, invoice, or service agreement.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, services, availability, pricing, photographs, descriptions, and other content may change without notice. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and is not a guarantee that a particular service, part, price, or repair result will be available.

Appointments and Service Requests

Submitting an appointment request through the website does not necessarily create a confirmed appointment. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

The service selected during online scheduling may not describe every issue affecting a vehicle. Additional diagnostic or repair needs may be identified after inspection, testing, or disassembly.

Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate or price provided before inspection may change when additional information about the vehicle or required work becomes available. Additional work will be communicated with the customer and authorized as appropriate before it is performed.

Vehicle Repairs and Diagnostics

Automotive diagnosis and repair are based on the information and conditions available at the time of inspection or service. Vehicles can have underlying conditions or additional problems that are not reasonably identifiable until testing, diagnosis, disassembly, or repair is performed.

Third-Party Services and Links

This website uses or links to third-party services, including appointment scheduling, maps, reviews, and other online services. Those services are operated by their respective providers and may have separate terms, privacy policies, and availability. Cody's Garage is not responsible for the content, policies, security, or availability of third-party websites or services.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content created for Cody's Garage, including its branding, logos, photographs, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by Cody's Garage or used with appropriate permission. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use that material without permission.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse information or services provided through the website.

Website Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
